As customer success Executive you will support the client in their onboarding and post sales support. You should focus on customer loyalty and building close long-term client relationships. Provide service to client for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting. Work with Internal teams to understand the client requirements.

**Key Performance Area**
- Timely and satisfactory response to Customers queries
- Manage documentation for customers and followups
- Coordination with Internal Teams
- Tracking and updating
- Maintaining the Reports.

**Roles and Responsibility**
- Need to resolve the client issues on timely manner
- Should work with the internal team to get the update and provide the information to clients.
- Feedbacks and client satisfaction surveys should be updated on time and constant follow up with the clients.

**Compensation**
- Between ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month
- Medical insurance
- Accident Insurance

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
