Office Assistant/customer Service

We are a leading agri-tech company dedicated to revolutionizing agriculture through innovative technology solutions. Our mission is to enhance productivity, sustainability, and profitability for farmers and agribusinesses.
The Office Assistant and Telemarketing Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office while also driving our telemarketing efforts. This dual role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for connecting with potential customers to promote our products and services.
Duties Includes:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our agri products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide information on product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and online inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets and performance metrics.
- Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
