**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their energy needs and offer tailored solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on Eltron’s products and industry trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive positioning.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts in the CRM system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met and feedback is integrated into product development.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy or technology sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
