**Role Description**
We are looking for a full-time Sale Executive to join our team in Surat. The Solar sales person will play a consulting role, guiding the client through their entire solar journey and acting as the point of contact.
**Job Role**:
- Client Acquisition and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and prospecting.
- Client Relationship Management: Understand clients' business needs, challenges, and goals to propose tailored solutions that align with our services. Act as a trusted advisor, providing valuable insights and recommendations to the client.
- Sales Process Management: Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Coordination with other Teams: Ability to coordinate and work with internal and external members as and when required.
- Sales Performance and Reporting: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and objectives in line with the company's goals. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate leads
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Tools and Google Sheets. Experience in CRM and Sales analytical tools.
