Export Inside Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify new leads in international markets, focusing on potential clients for our FMCG products.
- **Client Engagement**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- **Sales Strategy Implementation**: Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the export segment.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and the FMCG industry to effectively present and promote our solutions.
- **Order Processing**: Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to order fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order processing.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the export and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and outstanding customer service.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales tactics.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management, providing insights on performance and areas for development.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, preferably with a focus on export.
- Strong understanding of export processes and international trade regulations.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
