1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for company products.
- Identify and penetrate new international markets for given products.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and sourcing agents.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with international buyers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and potential clients.

3. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in target export markets.
- Analyze market data to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
- Monitor and report on industry developments, regulatory changes, and market conditions.

4. Product Development and Feedback:

- Collaborate with product development teams to tailor products to meet the preferences and standards of international markets.
- Gather feedback from clients and provide insights to improve product offerings and market fit.
- Stay informed about industry trends and innovations.

5. Performance Monitoring:

- Track and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
