**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Use persuasive techniques to encourage webinar attendees to buy, highlighting special discounts and bonuses.
- Listen actively to customer concerns and objections, offering solutions to address their issues and boost their purchases.
- Help customers smoothly navigate the buying process for a seamless experience.
- Build trust and loyalty by engaging and interacting with customers during webinars.
- Be ready to answer attendee questions and provide accurate information about the company's product.
- Lead customers effectively through the final steps of the purchase process to close sales.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in active listening and problem-solving. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a team and engage with a diverse audience.
