Inside Sales Executive

**About the Role**:
Oak Tree Software Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong client relationships. If you are driven by targets and enjoy sales, we’d love to hear from you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Present and sell our products/services to potential clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and address their needs.
- Follow up on leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or related roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
