Helpdesk Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:1. Customer Support**:
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding transport schedules, routes, and services.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
**2. Coordination and Scheduling**:
- Coordinate with drivers, transport providers, and internal teams to schedule and dispatch vehicles. - Monitor vehicle movements and ensure timely delivery and pickup services.
- Maintain updated records of transport schedules, routes, and driver assignments.
**3. Issue Resolution**:
- Identify and resolve transport-related issues promptly to minimize service disruptions.
- Coordination with service providers to ensure vehicles are serviced and maintained regularly.
- Manage incidents and emergencies, providing support and solutions as needed.
**4. Reporting and Documentation**:
- Prepare and maintain transport logs, reports, and documentation.
- Analyze transport data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in preparing performance reports for management review.
**5. Compliance and Safety**:
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
- Promote and enforce safety standards among drivers and transport staff.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of transport operations.
**6. Continuous Improvement**:
- Suggest and implement improvements to transport processes and procedures.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in transport logistics.
- Participate in training and development programs as required.
**Qualifications**:
- A degree in logistics, transportation, or any related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of transport logistics and fleet management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using transport management systems and office software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
