**Job Title**: International Sales Representative

**Job Overview**: As an International Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base globally. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in outbound calling, connect with potential clients, and drive sales. **Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Sales Calls**:

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Present our digital marketing services and solutions persuasively.
- Tailor your communication to address client needs effectively.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose relevant solutions.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market shifts.
- Provide insights to management regarding market dynamics.
- **Language Proficiency**:

- Communicate fluently in multiple languages (if applicable).
- Adapt your language to resonate with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress.
- Prepare call reports, trip reports, and other relevant documentation.
- **Negotiation**:

- Ethically negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Align sales strategies with company values and strategies.
- **Prospecting**:

- Proactively acquire new clients through outbound calling initiatives.
- Identify potential leads and follow up consistently.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant degree (e.g., Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field).
- Experience in outbound sales or customer service is advantageous.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to diverse client backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using databases, CRMs, and sales tracking tools.
