**Job Summary**: As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in generating leads and supporting our channel sales team at our IT cloud distribution company. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and partners, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers and partners based on provided lists or scripts.
- Lead Generation: Qualify leads by asking targeted questions to determine their interest in our cloud solutions.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.
- Data Entry: Accurately record lead information and call outcomes in our CRM system.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to potential customers and partners.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead

qualification process.

**Required Qualifications**:

- B.Tech(CS/IT) or BCA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to build rapport with potential customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
