Admin Office Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for other employees
- Managing office supplies
- Responding to customer queries
- Greeting and receiving visitors
- Helping manage the office correspondence
- Performing general clerical and administrative tasks
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in computer software like MS Office (Excel,Word,Power point & typing
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and priorities tasks effectively
- Relevant work experience in an office setting
- **Manage total office fieldwork.**:
- **Delivering Documents/Assets.**:
- **Total Bank related work. Reporting seniors.**:
- **Copying, filing, and maintaining documents and records. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes.**
**NOTE: SHOULD HAVE THEIR OWN VEHICLE (BIKE)**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
