**JOB SUMMARY**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. **Documentation**: Create and maintain documents such as price lists, privacy policies, terms and conditions, invoices etc on demand by the superior.

2. **Order Processing**: Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns as needed.

4. **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our photography products and services, including cameras, lenses, accessories, and photography techniques. Stay informed about industry trends and updates.

5. **Sales Support**: Assist customers with product selection, provide recommendations based on their needs and preferences, and upsell additional products or services when appropriate.

6. **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences with our products and services. Identify areas for improvement and communicate customer insights to relevant teams.

7. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback using our CRM system.

8. **Collaboration**: Work closely with other teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the company's overall success.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

2.Professional appearance and demeanor.

3.Proficient in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with general office equipment.

4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

5. Proficiency in using **CRM** software and other customer support tools.

6. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic knowledge of document control and management systems is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
