Job Profile
- Roles and Responsibilities:
Good working knowledge of MS Office

Daily management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.

General office management.

Schedule celebratory activities - cards/gifts for work anniversaries, birthdays and corporate events.

Organize travel and accommodation arrangements.

Greeting visitors.

Coordinate and Housekeeping staff management.

Maintaining of Material Sent Register / Report + Material Received Register / Report.

Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years of experience as an Administrative Executive / Front Desk Coordinator.

Good communication, interpersonal abilities, and attitude

Familiarity with office management procedures and basic principles

Time management and planning skills

Telephone and Verbal Communication skills

Well versed with MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook.

6 day's Working (Monday to Saturday)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
