**Job Title**: Pre-Sales Executive **Location**: Ahmedabad, Gujarat **Company**: CHPL Group
CHPL Group is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in the sales process by providing technical expertise, crafting compelling proposals, and ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to customer.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and craft tailored solutions.
- Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations, both in-person and virtually.
- Develop and deliver technical proposals and presentations, highlighting the unique benefits of our solutions.
- Engage with clients to address technical questions and concerns, building trust and credibility.
- Work closely with the product development team to stay updated on new features and enhancements.
- Assist in the preparation of RFP/RFI responses, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct competitive analysis to position our products effectively against industry rivals.
- Provide insights and feedback to the sales team on customer needs and market trends.
- Support the sales team in closing deals by providing technical validation and reassurance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably within the IT sector.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, relatable terms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver compelling technical proposals and demonstrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Collaborative spirit, with the ability to work seamlessly with sales, product development, and customer teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
