We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Call Center Ambassador Apprenticeship Program. As an apprentice, you will receive comprehensive training and gain hands-on experience in customer service, communication with healthcare professionals and clients, and problem-solving skills. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, you will learn the intricacies of managing client inquiries, matching healthcare professionals with suitable opportunities, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in the healthcare industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, communicating with clients seeking business opportunities or healthcare assistants.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding available healthcare professionals and services.
- Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, striving for a high level of client satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in the company's database.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and team goals.
- Follow established processes and protocols to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Continuously develop knowledge of available healthcare professionals, services, and industry trends.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or call center operations is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, French or Arabic.
- Excellent active listening skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to assist and satisfy clients in the healthcare industry.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software and systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
