**Position**: Sales Executive
**Job Location**: Ahmedabad.
**Job Summary**:
**Responsible for**:
1. Lead Generation to new clients
2. Devising Sales Strategy for the year, review market segmentation and work
towards increasing market share of the Company in vertical segments,
keeping updated about moves of competition.
3. Build strong rapport with the customers and acquire new customers with
webinars, word of mouth publicity and customer references/testimonials.
4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
5. Customer Engagement: to create vibrant atmosphere and to maintain good relationship among internal staff members. At least customer meetings and feedback should be there once in a month.
6. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
8. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
9. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
10. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
11. Daily CRM update and submit weekly reports.
12. Develop technical and sales skills to adapt to the services and products marketed according to company strategy.
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Technical / Professional Expertise**:
- Previous (02 years) experience in a sales role handling CRM software.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills are a must.
- Self-motivated, highly driven and sales-oriented individual
- Able to act fast, work on own initiative and under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
- Able to take action, can deliver accurately and on-time
- Understands iValue solution portfolio, technology, features and benefits.
**Qualification**:
- MBA, BBA, Any Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
