Role Description
The Personal Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Director in day-to-day activities, managing diary, and providing executive administrative assistance. The Personal Assistant will also be responsible for carrying out clerical and administrative tasks as directed by the Director.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance
- Experience in Diary Management and Clerical Skills
- Administrative Assistance experience in handling routine office tasks and delegating tasks to other employees
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Management or related field
- Advance excel proficiency is must
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
