**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar & Schedule Management**:
- Organize and maintain the executive’s or individual’s daily schedule.
- Arrange appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Ensure time management and prioritization of tasks.
- **Travel Arrangements**:
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Manage transportation, accommodations, and logistics.
- Prepare travel expense reports and handle reimbursements.
- **Communication & Correspondence**:
- Draft, edit, and respond to communications on behalf of the executive or individual.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- **Meeting Preparation**:
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Take notes and minutes during meetings, if required.
- Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- **Personal Tasks & Errands**:
- Handle personal tasks such as shopping, event planning, and managing household matters.
- Run errands as needed (e.g., post office, banking, etc.).
- **Project Management**:
- Assist with managing projects, including tracking progress, deadlines, and key deliverables.
- Liaise with internal departments, stakeholders, and external vendors.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain files, records, and databases.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, and ordering supplies.
- **Event & Social Management**:
- Organize corporate or personal events (e.g., parties, dinners, conferences).
- Manage invitations, RSVPs, and logistics for events.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role atleast 5 years or above.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
