Venue Sourcing: Scout and secure diverse venues throughout Pune suitable for hosting improv events and workshops. This includes theaters, community centers, and other creative spaces.

Event Planning: Collaborate with our team to develop engaging event concepts and themes. Coordinate all logístical aspects of event planning, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Vendor and Freelancer Coordination: Identify and contract with various vendors and freelancers for pre-event setup and post-event teardown. This may include sound technicians, lighting designers, and event decorators.

On-Site Event Management: Be the point of contact during events, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Coordinate with venue staff and vendors to maintain the flow of activities.

Participant Engagement: Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for event attendees. Assist with registration, provide information about upcoming events and workshops, and facilitate networking opportunities.

Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to assess event success and identify areas for improvement. Use this information to refine future event strategies and enhance the attendee experience.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in event management, preferably in the entertainment or performing arts industry.

Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Passion for improvisational comedy and a desire to share it with others.

Familiarity with Pune's event venues and local talent pool is a plus.
