**General Trainer - Gold's Gym Gopanpalli (Male and Female)**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking passionate and motivated General Trainers, both male and female, to join our dynamic team. As a General Trainer at Gold's Gym Gopanpalli, you will play a vital role in helping our members achieve their fitness objectives, whether they are beginners or seasoned athletes. You will be responsible for designing customized workout plans, providing one-on-one coaching, leading group fitness classes, and fostering a supportive environment that inspires our members to reach their full potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct fitness assessments to understand members' goals, fitness levels, and any limitations.
- Design personalized workout plans tailored to individual needs and objectives.
- Provide hands-on instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques.
- Lead group fitness classes, including but not limited to, strength training, cardio, yoga, and HIIT.
- Motivate and encourage members to push past their comfort zones and achieve new milestones.
- Monitor members' progress and make adjustments to their workout plans as needed.
- Educate members on the importance of nutrition and lifestyle choices in achieving fitness goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym equipment and training areas.
- Uphold Gold's Gym standards of professionalism, customer service, and safety at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Personal Trainer or equivalent qualification from a recognized fitness organization.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
- Previous experience in personal training and/or group fitness instruction is preferred.
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals of all fitness levels.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
