**Responsibilities**:
- To be able to work well on requests received via various channels.-
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.-
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.-
- Ability to take initiative and work independently in structured environment.-
- Strong communication, collaboration, and partnership skills with line of business associates, senior leadership, support team colleagues and team members.-
- Coordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies.-
- Communicates and tracks progress in online tools such asManaging insurance notices, endorsements on assigned accounts and follow up with insurance brokers on cancellations or renewals.-
- Review documents for discrepancies, identify and take appropriate action to ensure corrections.**Job Requirements**- 5+ years of administrative support or business support experience.-
- Minimum Graduate Degree.-
- Well-versed on MS Office tools.-
- Excellent team player with high degree of self-responsibility.-
- Effective communication and time management skills.-
- Strong interpersonal skills.-
- Prior knowledge of working with insurance claims is an advantage.**Benefits**
