- **Proven working experience as a business development executive/manager role in an IT Consulting or IT Staffing company.**:

- **Experience in Lead Generation Domestic Staffing Industry**:

- **Experience staff augmentation**:

- **Strong at achieving more the 100% of the target set in revenue generation**:

- **Managing End-To-End activities related to** **Client Acquisition/Retention.**:

- **Generate new business opportunities and requirement gathering from** **new clients** **and maintain** **existing client relationships.**
- **Very Strong at new client acquisition and new lead generation in the domestic staffing industry**
