We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in the recruitment field. The primary responsibility of the BDM will be to onboard new clients and gather their requirements. This is a crucial role that requires exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of the recruitment industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients in the recruitment field to understand their specific requirements and business needs.

Actively participate in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for new clients.

Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to identify their pain points, challenges, and desired outcomes.

Collaborate with internal teams to create customized strategies and solutions that align with client requirements.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Actively monitor market trends and industry developments to stay informed and provide valuable insights to clients.

Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that showcase our services and capabilities.

Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

Continuously strive to exceed client expectations and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the recruitment field in the USA.

Strong knowledge of the recruitment industry, including an understanding of client requirements and market trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.

Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
