**1. Incident management - Work on L1 tasks**
**a. Monitor queue and do the initial analysis by moving status of ticket to InProgress.**
**b. Assign next level support if applicable.**
**c. Regular update to customer of ticket status.**
**d. Follow-up with requestor for closure confirmation.**
**2. Major incident management (MIM)**
**a. Monitor ticket queue and schedule bridge call for High priority tickets.**
**b. Give regular update of tickets to management and customer.**
**c. Follow-up with requestor for closure confirmation.**
**d. Follow-up with team for RCA.**
**3. Application support L1 tasks.**
**a. Monitor Application status by checking the alarms and logs.**
**c. Provide L1 support to infrastructure tasks.**
**4. Reporting**
**a. Prepare weekly / Monthly ticket Analysis reports.**
**b. Prepare SLA reports.**
**c. Prepare SOP / KB Articles.
