**Position Overview**:
We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Telemarketing Agents. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our roof cleaning and repair services, and scheduling appointments with potential customers. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to make a positive impact in the roofing industry, we want you to be part of our team
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists, introducing them to our roof cleaning and repair services and generating interest.
- Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to understand their roofing needs and concerns.
- Provide detailed information about our services, highlighting the benefits and value proposition to potential customers.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to assess their requirements and schedule appointments for on-site assessments.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner, addressing any questions or concerns and overcoming objections to secure appointments.
- Accurately record and maintain customer information, sales activities, and appointment schedules in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and appointment bookings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, provide feedback, and optimize sales strategies and processes.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, persuasive demeanor.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns.
- Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and rejection to achieve sales goals.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed, to accommodate business hours.
