Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering inbound financial calls from clients based in the UAE. Your primary duties will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information regarding financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Assisting customers with inquiries, account-related questions, and concerns.
- Providing information on financial products and services.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
