**Job description**:

- Responsible for the L2 level support of backup software, Veeam,and Commvault platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tape libraries of backup infrastructure.
- Understands and has excellent knowledge and skills to troubleshoot backup software issues, tape issues, and storage issues.
- Needs to be proficient in policies and schedules, can create policies, and work with defined schedules is a must.
- Must thoroughly understand backup software through the command line and through the GUI.
- Must follow established company processes, including change management, incident management, and problem management processes
- Experience in Windows operating systems, shell, or PowerShell scripting, and developing operational reports
- Escalate backup issues when necessary, including opening support cases with OEM
- Understanding of patching and up-gradation of backup software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
