**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Network Management**_:_
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot network issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Maintain network security policies and procedures to safeguard data integrity
- **Dialer Management**_:_
- Configure, troubleshoot and manage dialer systems (predictive/automatic dialers).
- Optimize dialer settings to improve call efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and data security in dialing operations.
- Collaborate with the sales or customer service teams to implement effective dialing strategies.
- **System Maintenance**_:_
- Perform routine system updates, patches, backups, and audits.
- Implement and monitor security measures such as firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection.
- Ensure seamless integration and operation of various IT systems, including servers and telecommunication systems.
- **Technical Support**_:_
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users for network and dialer-related issues.
- Work closely with other IT staff to resolve software, hardware, and networking issues.
- **Documentation & Reporting**_:_
- Maintain detailed documentation for network configurations, system changes, and incident reports.
- Regularly report system and dialer performance to management.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a **System Administrator**, **Network Administrator**, or similar role.
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management.
- Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
- Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl, or other languages for automation and task optimization.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms (Windows, Linux, etc.).
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in system administration, network management, and dialer operations.
- Experience with dialer systems and related software (e.g., Genesys, Five9, or similar).
- Knowledge of security protocols, firewall management, and data protection.
- Certifications like **Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)**, **CCNA**, **Network+**, or similar are a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization technologies.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with VoIP systems.
- Experience with automation tools and technologies.
