JD for Backup (Veeam) Admin:


• Working experience in Win2012 Win2016 Win 2019 Linux platform.

• Strong knowledge of Veeam backup solutions for physical virtual and DB servers.

• Installation and upgrade activity having good knowledge on backup configuration and implementation.

• Upgradation activity on Veeam Backup Enterprise Manager.

• Comfortable working on rotational shifts 6 Work with change incident Management tools.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required for interaction with a global team.

• Work independently with minimal supervision normally receiving minimal instruction with a global team.

• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires thorough evaluation.

• Assess and communicate risks based on complexity resource and timeline constraints.

Primary Skills:

• All kinds of VEEAM BACKUP platforms

Secondary SKills:

• Ability to work in cross functional teams and influence the outcome.

• Experience with Veeam Backup and Replication Veeam Cloud connect Backup Exec NetBackup and tape library for installation configuration and administration.

• Experience in migrating backup solution from one product to another.

• Experience in managing offshore infrastructure backups and restoration.

• Good knowledge of VMware and other hypervisor hosts and cluster architecture in order to verify backups and storage migration plans.
