**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and update customer records in our database.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Follow up on customer calls where necessary.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and call resolution rates.
- Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
