**Service Engineer (Laser & Printer)**
**Laser Installation**:
- The sales officer provide the detail of customer to service team head
- Machine tracking is important in the before installation updating time& duration to customer place.
- The service head get followed the service engineers often to go customer place.
- Before the install need to check the location facilities to drop the new laser machine at customer sites. (room should be spacious in 10*16 laser machine, computer, ironing table must be there) and manpower sources to shift & place
- The laser machine software configuring it according to specifications checkout and Whats app group creation before going to site.
- Before & After Communicate and update the training /Installation to concern team.
- Installation Schedule as per convenient of customer time and date.
- Arrange requirements of kit and any other tools and parts of the product with check list to carry on each service eng for further installation.
- Trail the cutting of customer measurements and provide training through online to practice our software before installation.
- Appear in the customer place should be proper manner of Uniform in full formal outlook with ID card. On training starting first day to last day service engg keep communicate their activities to the service team head /HR.
- Coordination is very important to the service team each and every installation.
- Team leader after installation completed follow-ups the customer collect service feedback & product using through call,(alternative days and weekly )
- The training details are in the recorded format and send the report to head.
**Printer Installation**
- The Printer machine software configuring it according to specifications checkout and Whats app group creation before going to site.
- Before & After Communicate and update the training /Installation to concern team.
- Schedule as per convenient customer time and date.
- Arrange requirements of kit and assigning Tag & pen drive.
- **Customer Support**: Service engineers often provide technical support to customers. They may answer queries, offer guidance on using the equipment effectively, and troubleshoot issues remotely or on-site.
- **Training**: service engineers are involved in training customers or end-users on how to operate and maintain the machine printer /laser correctly. This helps to minimize the risk of errors and ensures the longevity of the Laser/Printer machine.
- **Repairs**: In the event of machine malfunctions or failures, service engineers diagnose the issues and perform necessary repairs. This may involve replacing faulty components, troubleshooting electrical or mechanical problems, and restoring the machine to working condition.
- **Documentation**: Keeping detailed records Service Form, log books maintenance activities and Customer photos with machine is essential. Service engineers maintain comprehensive documentation to track the history of each customer records and to provide insights for future troubleshooting.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
