As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for managing the procurement activities of the company, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services. Your ability to negotiate contracts, evaluate supplier performances, and maintain accurate records will contribute to the overall success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's operational needs and objectives.
- Source suppliers and negotiate contracts and terms of agreement.
- Evaluate supplier performances based on quality, cost, and delivery time to ensure ongoing supplier compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement requirements and provide appropriate support and guidance.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to avoid shortages and delays.
- Assist with supplier audits and assessment of supplier capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to optimize procurement operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar procurement role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of legal and contractual requirements in procurement.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
