**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quote Acquisition**: Obtain quotes from reputable subcontractors that align with the provided scope of work, ensuring all quotes adhere to the project's specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- **Subcontractor Vetting**: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of potential subcontractors to confirm their qualifications, experience, and reliability, ensuring their ability to meet project demands.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate with subcontractors to achieve competitive pricing, optimal timelines, and favorable terms of service, securing the best outcomes for the company.
- **Documentation**: Keep detailed records of all procurement activities, including quotes, communications, and contracts with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- **Compliance and Standards**: Ensure all subcontractor engagements adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, promptly addressing any discrepancies or concerns.

**Compensation**:

- The contractor will receive $300 per project for the first three projects successfully awarded based on the provided quotes.
- Following these initial awards, the opportunity to negotiate a higher compensation rate for subsequent projects will be based on performance, task complexity, and the value added to the company.
