Role & Responsibilities
- **Operational Oversight**:

- Supervise and coordinate the operation of the crusher plant, including primary, secondary, and tertiary crushing units.
- Monitor production processes to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Adjust equipment settings as needed to maintain desired output levels and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues or equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- **Maintenance Management**:

- Schedule and oversee routine maintenance activities, such as lubrication, inspections, and repairs, to ensure equipment reliability.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff or contractors to address mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues promptly.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to prolong equipment lifespan and minimize breakdowns.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor product quality and consistency to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of crushing equipment and screens to identify wear and tear or damage.
- Implement corrective actions or adjustments to maintain product integrity and minimize waste.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to promote a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Conduct safety inspections and audits to identify hazards or unsafe practices and take corrective action.
- Provide safety training and guidance to crusher operators and maintenance staff.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Manage inventory levels of spare parts, consumables, and supplies required for crusher operation and maintenance.
- Coordinate with procurement or logistics departments to ensure timely availability of necessary materials.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, maintenance activities, and safety incidents.
- Prepare reports on crusher performance, including productivity metrics, equipment utilization, and cost analysis.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
