The roles and responsibilities of a tender executive typically encompass:
1. Tender Identification : Identifying relevant tender opportunities in line with the organization's strategic objectives and capabilities.

2. Documentation Preparation : Compiling, drafting, and organizing tender documents including proposals, bids, and quotations.

3. Coordination : Coordinating with internal departments such as sales, operations, finance, and legal to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with tender requirements.

4. Analysis : Analyzing tender documents, specifications, and terms to understand client requirements and evaluate feasibility.

5. Submission Management : Managing the tender submission process, ensuring submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

6. Client Interaction : Liaising with clients, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, address inquiries, and negotiate terms.

7. Compliance : Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations throughout the tender process.

8. Database Management : Maintaining a comprehensive database of tender opportunities, submissions, and outcomes for future reference and analysis.

9. Market Research : Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

10. Continuous Improvement : Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in tendering processes.

11. Reporting : Generating reports and providing updates to management on tender activities, performance, and outcomes.

12. Relationship Management : Building and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships and opportunities.

13. Risk Management : Assessing and mitigating risks associated with tender submissions, contracts, and project execution.

14. Team Collaboration : Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, project management, and finance to support business development efforts and achieve organizational objectives.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
