As we expand our horizons, we are actively seeking a talented Project Coordinator/Company Manager to join our team, playing a pivotal role in managing projects, client interactions, and overseeing financial operations.
**Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**:Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects within defined timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure seamless project delivery.
Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
**Client Management**:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Nurture and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and solution-oriented approaches.
Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling services to existing clients.
**Digital Marketing and IT Expertise**:Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Digital Marketing strategies, tools, and technologies.
Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in the IT sector.
Offer insights and recommendations to enhance our company's digital presence.
**Financial Management**:Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Implement cost-saving measures and process improvements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination and management, particularly in Digital Marketing and IT projects.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
