SE - Sharepoint Administrator (L2)

1. Administer and maintain SharePoint environments, including SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
2. Manage and troubleshoot SharePoint-related issues reported by end-users, providing intermediate-level support and timely resolution.
3. Monitor SharePoint systems, diagnose problems, and implement corrective actions to address performance issues, access problems, and other system-related challenges.
4. Assist with the planning, design, and implementation of SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and other functionalities based on business requirements.
5. Manage user permissions and access controls for SharePoint sites and content, ensuring compliance with security policies and providing appropriate access levels to users and groups.
6. Assist with SharePoint system upgrades, patches, and service pack installations, coordinating with other technical teams and following change management processes.
7. Collaborate with developers and other technical teams to deploy and configure custom solutions, web parts, and third-party add-ins within the SharePoint environment.
8. Create and maintain documentation related to SharePoint administration processes, including standard operating procedures, user guides, and system configurations.
9. Proven experience in SharePoint administration, including managing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and user permissions.
10. Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server, including SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 versions.
11. Proficiency in SharePoint administration tools and features, such as Central Administration, SharePoint Designer, PowerShell, and site templates.
12. Familiarity with SharePoint site customization, including the configuration of web parts, workflows, content types, and search settings.
14. Experience in diagnosing and resolving intermediate-level SharePoint issues, such as access problems, content synchronization, and performance optimization.
15. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve SharePoint-related issues in a timely manner.
16. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
