Job Title: Power Tools Field Sales Executive

**Position Overview**: The Power Tools Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and expanding the market presence of power tools within a designated territory. This role involves developing relationships with new and existing customers, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and excellent product knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and end-users.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- **Account Management**:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts within the assigned territory.
- Regularly visit customers to provide product information, training, and support.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement measures to improve it.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Provide technical assistance and product recommendations to customers.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor products.
- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align efforts and achieve common goals.
- **Reporting and Administration**:

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market information.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the power tools or related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
