**Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mechanical & Automotive Industry)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions and specifications.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling, preparing interviewers, and collecting timely feedback.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with universities, technical institutions, and industry associations to develop a strong talent network.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Continuously enhance recruitment processes and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Any degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- **Minimum of [2] years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the Mechanical and Automotive sectors or related technical fields.**:

- **Strong understanding of Mechanical and Automotive engineering roles, skills, and technologies.**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex offer discussions.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
