Global Process Owner, Immigration, Global Talent

**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in process, policy, or program design for service organizations, leading business transformation initiatives.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 5 years of experience in Global Mobility or Global Talent Mobility.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience leading complex strategic and operational initiatives, managing large scale transformation projects, and developing and executing an immigration or mobility service vision.
- Experience in client management and working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Deep domain expertise in APAC immigration and global mobility concepts.
- Exceptional teamwork, communication, and leadership skills, analytical capabilities, and ability to formulate data-driven proposals, with a strong bias to action.
- Excellent process design skills.
**About the job**:

Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide strategic direction for the evolution of our service delivery and resourcing model for the global immigration function, with a primary focus on the APAC region.
- Ensure cross-regional alignment of resources, and the delivery of exceptional Googler experiences.
- Design process and program improvements with a consideration for global needs, advise partners on risks, dependencies, timing, and technology considerations.
