**Job Purpose**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement a customer research strategy that includes an omni channel listening approach to collect and analyze information about customer preferences, behaviours and attitudes towards recruitment and onboarding services and results in informed decisions on priority areas for improvement.
- Accountable for end to end onboarding (offer acceptance to 90 days from Day 1) ensuring all functions involved (global and local) and the line manager deliver an experience that accelerates productivity for the new hire.
- Design and implement relevant customer testing approaches
- Lead and manage the end-to-end process ownership for the experience areas, including defining process measurement, influencing policy and controls, and driving process improvement and standardization.
- Envision and design the solution roadmap for the experience, ensuring alignment with the People Experience outcomes and the enterprise/HRLT priorities.
- Act as the business product owner for the relevant Tech solutions, working closely with the Tech team to shape the solution requirements, influence the product roadmap, and oversee the solution delivery and deployment into GSK.
- Drive the implementation and change delivery for the relevant areas, at global, regional and local level, ensuring stakeholder engagement, communication and training. Consider innovative approaches such as viral comms or point in time communications.
- Leverage data and analytics to monitor and report on the performance and impact of the respective areas, and identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the key stakeholders across the HR function, Global Functions and the business, and act as a trusted advisor and influencer on the relevant areas.

**Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience Required**
- 15+ years in process design and optimisation, service, delivery, strategy deployment, employee experience optimisation, transformation in a Global Function of a mid-large organization.
- Design Thinking (desirable)
- Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (desirable)
- Agile certification (desirable)
