Key Expectations/ Requirements:
- Responsible for identifying areas of growth in various regions and designing and implementing ideas to drive this growth
- Define and implement processes that develop and strengthen the skills, instincts, abilities, of our distribution team to succeed with multiple priorities and changing external environment
- Use Sales data analytics to drive sales effectiveness on ground at the regional/State/Town Level. Develop effective methods and processes to enhance the performance of sales organization.
- Lead the annual budget planning in collaboration with sales & marketing teams, to translate into actionable sales & marketing goals
- Identifies and prioritizes sales service improvement opportunities and creates plans for implementation.
- Provide data analytics, completion analysis industry mapping etc.
- Decision making with respect to annual, monthly and quarterly sales plan & Budget.
- Drive goal setting for sales teams in collaboration with sales heads-Region/Zone/Product wise.
- Take an active role in the adoption of technology to automate periodic reports related to sales KPI and achievement.
- Personally interact with stakeholders like sales team, channel partners etc to gather information on industry developments and identify opportunities and measure the field’s pulse.
- Identify best practices across industry and identify gaps so as to develop the “LPL WAY” of sales & Marketing across different levels of sales organization.
Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- Ability to lead and influence large groups of people
- Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
- Sales excellence, Should have worked in sales for 2 years in a recognized FMCG company.
- Educational background: MBA Preferred
- 3-4 years of relevant experience after MBA from tier 2/3 B School.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, ability to take ownership of the task at hand.
