- Generating favourable Specifications from the Mapped Architects, Builders, Designers and other key accounts.- Close Coordination with Sales Team for Sales closure & high conversion ratio.
Preferred candidate profile
We are seeking a highly motivated person with a proven track record of a Regional Business Development Manager in premium building industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth. This includes identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients.
This individual should have a deep understanding of the building industry, market trends, and customer needs, enabling them to develop and execute effective strategies to expand our market presence and increase revenue by promoting our premium products to Architects and building construction projects.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends to inform strategic decision-making.- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.
