**Experience **:3-7 Years

**Division **:Sales

**Reporting to **:Sales & Marketing Head
- New inquiry searching
- Making calls to dealers & customers.
- Quotation & verbal communication with customer.
- To make indents and quotations.
- To handle walk in customers.
- Production & dispatch follow up.
- Handle customer complaints about short supply & dispatches.
- Payment follow up with dealers & customers & inform to accounts.
- Inquiry follow up & finalize the order.
- Sales improvements & achieve the company goal.
- Ensure there are no pending quotation/ indent formation.
- Checking mails daily. Check WhatsApp /text messages for any new requirements.
- Ensure all quotations to be sent to customer on the same day with correct pricing and specifications. All quotations/ indents should be properly given to respective person/department.
- Inter department coordination should be done until material is dispatched after order finalization. Follow up on each quotation should be done daily.
- Updating indent status on google sheet. Upload all the quotations and indents on google drive

**Technical Skills**: Should have good knowledge in Excel, MS Word, Excellent communication skills, drafting mails.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
