**Introduction**:
As a vital component of our sales team, the Back Office Sales professionals play a crucial role in supporting the sales operations from behind the scenes. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to ensure the smooth functioning of sales processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**: Efficiently handle order processing tasks, including order entry, verification, and tracking to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate and updated sales records, customer information, and inventory data in the company database.
- **Communication**: Coordinate with the sales team, customers, and other departments to facilitate seamless communication and resolve any issues promptly.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and other documentation required for sales meetings, presentations, and audits.
- **Support Sales Team**: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales materials, handling inquiries, and providing necessary support for sales activities.
- **Customer Support**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment, and ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demands.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to sales operations.

**Requirements**:

- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and data management.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams and external customers professionally.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Proactive approach to identify and resolve issues promptly, with a solution-oriented mindset.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Proficient in using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support colleagues when needed.
- **Customer Focus**: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
