**Profile Introduction**:
The Back Office Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and support tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the company. This role involves handling data entry, managing documentation, and providing support to various departments to ensure that the organization’s back office functions are executed effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems. Ensure data integrity and completeness.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize documents, reports, and records. Assist with filing and retrieval of documents as needed.
- Provide administrative assistance to different departments, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling office supplies.
- Assist with processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and managing support tickets in collaboration with front office staff.
- Generate and prepare reports related to various business activities, including sales, inventory, and financial transactions.
- Ensure that all activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Assist in maintaining company records and documentation for compliance purposes.

**Profile Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or back office role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with data entry software and office equipment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
