Position: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Singanallur, Coimbatore

**Job Summary**:
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by proactively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions from our range of pneumatics and instrumentation products. You will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, generating new leads, and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:
Generate sales revenue by actively promoting and selling pneumatics and instrumentation products to new and existing customers.

Engage with customers to understand their requirements, provide product information, and offer suitable solutions.

Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to customers, highlighting the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products.

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and timely product recommendations, technical support, and follow-up on customer inquiries.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify business opportunities and stay updated with product knowledge.

Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's customer base and market presence.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team, marketing team, and management to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer retention initiatives.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the pneumatics and instrumentation industry or a related field.

Strong knowledge of pneumatics and instrumentation products, including valves, actuators, sensors, and control systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and build rapport.

Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs, understand technical requirements, and offer appropriate solutions.

Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales and business development.

Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales-related software tools.

A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
