Fmcg Field Sales Executive

**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Execution**: Achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and promoting our product range to retailers and wholesalers.
- **Market Development**: Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.
- **Account Management**: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Product Promotion**: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate retailers about product features and benefits.
- **Market Analysis**: Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to inform sales strategies and report back to management.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products at retail locations.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and distribution teams to align efforts and maximize sales potential.
**Profile Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in field sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
