Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive support to our CEO at Credr. This role demands a high level of professionalism, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities efficiently. The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and execution of tasks, enabling the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives and critical business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, briefings, and presentation materials. Attend and accurately document key meetings, following up on action items as required.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel logistics, including flight arrangements, accommodation, and itinerary planning.
Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality while handling sensitive information and documents.
Documentation: Prepare and edit various business documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Information Management: Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation in a systematic and accessible manner.
Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO's office professionally.
Strategic Support: Assist the CEO in strategic initiatives, research, and special projects as needed.
Prioritization: Anticipate needs, proactively identify issues, and prioritize tasks to ensure optimal time management.
Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, off-sites, and meetings.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Provide support for ad hoc requests, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to adapt as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Familiarity with tech-savvy tools for efficient coordination and communication.
